Privacy notice
Initiative Economics BV is the data controller for this website. We are incorporated in the Netherlands (KVK: TBD; this notice will be updated once our registration extract is available). You can reach us at privacy@initiativeeconomics.com.
What we collect and why
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, the service type you selected, and your message. A phone number is optional. We also record the time of submission.
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: you initiated the contact, and processing is necessary to reply.
How we store it
Submissions are stored as files on a server we operate. A separate internal service processes them into our task management system, also self-hosted. No submission data is sent to any third party.
Server logs record which service type you selected and the domain part of your email address. They do not record your name, full email address, or message content.
How long we keep it
We keep submissions for 24 months from the date you sent them, or until your enquiry is resolved and you ask us to delete your data — whichever is sooner.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It makes no requests to third-party servers — no analytics, no external fonts, no social widgets.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@initiativeeconomics.com. We will respond within one calendar month.
If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
